Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contactmmi7@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to an error on our part.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us before returning the item. We will provide appropriate instructions for resolving the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods where applicable.

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law are not affected by this policy.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the item you have.

Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area and the legal right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Returned items should be sent back in accordance with the return instructions provided by us.

Unless otherwise required by law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
